Pat, battled with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) for many years and the love for and from her family, was her strength. Sadly Dementia was the toughest and she died on 25th October 2024. Loved and cherished, we will miss your smile, laughter and love. We will continue to raise our glass to you. Your sister, Jan and husband Tony.
